Keystone approved Contractors for Local Authority’s

Keystone are now approved on Local Authority’s Approved List of Contractors. Due to the years of experience Keystone are a local authority approved contractor with experience of working closely with local councils and schools. Our staff are fully trained and certified to the latest industry regulations and can take on any local authority project you may require. From building maintenance on local housing projects to alterations to schools our staff are always respectful of the surroundings they are working within and the people they are working for.

We are also experienced in making adaptations to local authority buildings to enable disabled access.

CHAS and Constructionline approval for Keystone Building Management

Keystone Building Management are now approved with Constructionline and CHAS.

Constructionline is the UK's register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related contractors and consultants. Owned and endorsed by the DTI, Constructionline is a contributor to the Rethinking Construction initiative. They gather and assess pre-qualification information on behalf of public and private sector procurers and provide them with access to over 12,500 fully accredited suppliers.

Over the years local authority health and safety and procurement professionals, with the support of the Health and Safety Executive, have developed the Contractor Health and Safety assessment scheme (CHAS). The scheme is available for use by any public and private sector organisations to use when shortlisting contractors, suppliers and consultants (companies) who apply to work for them. It provides information about the health and safety part of their application. Companies apply to join the scheme so everyone knows they meet acceptable standards of health and safety compliance.

Ireland Regional Office

Paul Mclarnon and Kevin Moore will be covering Ireland for Keystone Building Management. They both bring a vast knowledge of experience within the building arena. Paul and Kevin have worked all over Europe managing building projects over the past 25 years.

This appointment now strengthens Keystone within Ireland covering Insurance repairs, Emergency repairs, & drying out of properties after flood damage.
